I was reading the cake wrecks blog and saw where so many people make the mistake of how they draw their peace signs-- they always forget the middle line goes all the way down..or they do it upside down. Anyway for this cake, I made sure I got it right. This is a birthday cake for a girl that is into peace/love. I tie-dyed the fondant and covered cake that I had cut out into the letters and placed them on top of a butter/vanilla sponge cake with butter cream icing. This brought out my hippie for a day. I even had my girls wearing bell-bottoms.
