Cat in the Hat Baby Shower cake

This past weekend, I did a Cat in the Hat baby shower cake.  I formed the hat out of RKT and then covered  it in marshmallow fondant.  The cake is butter/vanilla with buttercream icing and fondant details of Who-ville trees with a clothesline between them with onesies, socks and bibs hanging from it.  I had a lot of fun making this cake, especially since it was Dr. Seuss's birthday today.-- What a coincidence.  I have been reading Dr. Seuss to my girls and they absolutely love the stories.  Hope you enjoy the pics.
